SMS Terms and Conditions

This SMS program is operated by Zionic Group Pty Ltd (ABN 51 689 146 861), an Australian recruitment business serving Australia and the United States. Kolvera is the software we use to manage our conversations.

Program and purpose

Zionic Group Recruitment Follow-Up provides individual follow-up messages after a telephone conversation with our recruiter: details discussed on the call, a requested role brief, or arranging the next conversation. Our US sending number is +1 917 997 1403.

We do not use this program for unsolicited first-contact texts, bulk promotions, affiliate marketing, or selling leads. Consent to our messages does not authorize messages from clients or other businesses.

How you consent

You join only by expressly agreeing during a live phone call after our recruiter reads the SMS consent script. We record your number, call time, consent disclosure, and the operator recording consent before sending. Silence or providing a number is not consent.

Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchasing services, applying for a role, or receiving recruitment assistance. You can continue the conversation by phone or email instead.

Frequency and charges

Message frequency varies with the conversation, typically fewer than five messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless provider about your messaging plan.

Stop or get help

Reply STOP to cancel at any time. You will receive one opt-out confirmation, then no further program messages unless you expressly opt in again.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your carrier and network availability.
