How SMS Consent Works

Effective September 26, 2026

This SMS program is operated by Zionic Group Pty Ltd (ABN 51 689 146 861), an Australian recruitment business serving Australia and the United States. Kolvera is the software we use to manage our conversations.

One opt-in path: a live telephone conversation

Candidates and hiring contacts may choose to receive texts about the recruitment conversation they have just had with Daniel at Zionic Group. This program uses verbal consent only. There is no website signup or keyword enrollment. A CV submission, contact form, booking, purchased list, or publicly listed number never counts as SMS consent.

What our recruiter asks

May Zionic Group text you at this number with the recruitment details we discussed and to arrange our next conversation? This is the Zionic Group Recruitment Follow-Up program. Message frequency varies, typically fewer than five messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not required to use our recruitment services or apply for a role. Our SMS terms are at www.zionic-group.com/sms-terms and our SMS privacy policy is at www.zionic-group.com/sms-privacy. Do you agree to receive these texts from Zionic Group?

How we record the answer

  1. The recruiter reads the disclosure during the call and waits for an affirmative answer.
  2. If you decline or do not clearly agree, no SMS consent is recorded and no follow-up text is sent.
  3. If you agree, the recruiter records your mobile number, the call date and time, the disclosure, and their operator identity in our Kolvera system before sending.
  4. Messages identify Zionic Group. Replying STOP withdraws consent and prevents further program texts.

Consent applies only to Zionic Group and this conversation's follow-up program. We do not share or transfer consent to clients or other businesses.
