Explore US recruitment

The technical talent between your product and your customer.

Sales Engineers who win the technical sale. Implementation and TAM talent who make the product work in the account. Founder-led permanent recruitment for US AI-powered B2B SaaS companies.

11–500 employees · Series A–C · Fees agreed in USD

Your recruiter has built an AI product.

I'm Daniel Bryant. I built Kolvera, an AI sales intelligence platform. That gives me a practical way to question how candidates demonstrate a product, work through an integration and get a customer live.

An SE owns the technical evaluation before signature. An Implementation Consultant owns delivery after it. An FDE writes and deploys code in the customer account. Each needs a different screen.

You work directly with me from the first brief through offer. We agree the role, scorecard and search plan before sourcing begins.

Daniel Bryant, founder of Zionic Group and Kolvera

Five distinct searches. One accountable founder.

Sales Engineering and Implementation lead our US work. We scope adjacent technical roles around what the person will own.

Sales Engineering & Solutions

Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Solutions Consultant

Pre-sales specialists who build the demo, own the proof of concept and earn technical sign-off. Our lead US search focus.

We screen for a demo they built, POC ownership and technical evaluation depth.

Implementation & Technical Account Management

Implementation Consultant, Implementation Manager, Technical Account Manager

Post-sale technical talent who configure the platform, get customers live and own the ongoing technical relationship.

We screen for configuration depth, integration ownership and time to value.

Forward Deployed Engineering

Forward Deployed Engineer, AI Deployment Engineer, customer-facing Deployment Architect

Engineers who ship working software inside the customer account. A distinct search from pre-sales or internal software engineering.

We scope the coding, deployment and customer-facing requirements before starting the search.

Enterprise Customer Success

Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Strategic CSM, Technical CSM

Complex account owners accountable for adoption, expansion and net revenue retention. Focused on enterprise and technical CS.

We screen for book complexity, renewal ownership and measurable expansion outcomes.

RevOps & GTM Systems

Revenue Operations Manager, Sales Operations Manager, GTM Engineer

Internal systems builders who connect sales process, data and automation. Available for a specific brief alongside our technical customer-facing searches.

We separate hands-on systems ownership from CRM administration.

Tell us the outcomes, seniority, location and compensation budget. We will test the brief against the target market before agreeing a search. Base salary, variable pay and equity are discussed separately.

Agree the scope and fee before we start.

An Australian founder. A clear US engagement.

What US hiring managers ask

Which US companies do you work with?

AI-powered B2B SaaS companies with 11–500 employees, typically Series A through C. We work directly with founders and the leaders of Sales Engineering, Customer Delivery, Customer Success and Revenue Operations. The focus is software vendors across AI infrastructure, applications, platforms, security and vertical AI.

Where do you recruit, and when can we speak?

Our US search scope covers New York, Boston, Atlanta, Austin, Chicago, Denver, San Francisco and Seattle, including remote roles where the employer supports them. Daniel is based in Adelaide, Australia. Calls are arranged around Eastern and Central business hours; West Coast conversations start by email or LinkedIn, with calls agreed individually.

How do we engage and pay Zionic?

You engage Zionic Group Pty Ltd, our Australian company, under US Terms of Business and a role-specific Fee Schedule. Invoices are in USD, with US ACH payment details and a signed IRS Form W-8BEN-E available for vendor onboarding. Your finance team can review the documents before a search begins.

What does the replacement guarantee cover?

The Fee Schedule confirms the replacement search period and conditions, typically 90 days for contingent recruitment or 120 days for retained search. It is a replacement search commitment, not a cash refund. We agree the terms before you engage us.

Do you recruit SDRs, Account Executives or generalist CSMs?

Those roles are outside the lead US offer. Our focus is technical pre-sales, implementation, technical account management, forward deployed engineering and enterprise customer success, with RevOps and GTM systems searches by brief. Leadership searches are discussed individually.
