SMS Privacy Policy

This SMS program is operated by Zionic Group Pty Ltd (ABN 51 689 146 861), an Australian recruitment business serving Australia and the United States. Kolvera is the software we use to manage our conversations.

Information we collect and use

For Zionic Group Recruitment Follow-Up, we collect your mobile phone number, your affirmative consent, the date and time of the call, the consultant who recorded consent, and the messages exchanged. We use this information to send the recruitment follow-up you requested, answer your replies, maintain consent records, and honor opt-out requests.

Mobile information is not sold or shared for marketing

We do not share, sell, rent, or provide your mobile phone number, mobile opt-in information, or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

SMS opt-in data and consent are never transferred to clients, other recruiters, or affiliates. Service providers that store or deliver messages process the information only on our behalf to operate this program, not for their own marketing. These restrictions apply regardless of any other data-sharing provision. We may disclose information when legally required.

Consent and message frequency

We send follow-up texts only after you expressly agree during a live telephone conversation. Providing a number, submitting a CV, booking a call, or accepting recruitment terms does not enroll you. Message frequency varies with your conversation, typically fewer than five messages per month. Message and data rates may apply.

Storage and your choices

We retain conversation and consent records as needed to manage the relationship, demonstrate consent, meet legal obligations, and honor your messaging choices. Access is limited to authorized operators and service providers. Our software and providers may process information in Australia and other countries.

Reply STOP to withdraw SMS consent. We retain the minimum suppression information needed to prevent further messages. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact daniel@zionic-group.com. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or to respect an opt-out.
