Solutions Consultant — HR Tech SaaS — Sydney
The Role
Senior pre-sales role at a fast-growing HR technology platform. Technical demos, POC delivery, solution scoping, and RFP response. Working alongside the AU sales team on mid-market and enterprise deals.
What You Will Do
- Run technical discovery calls and product demonstrations
- Deliver proof-of-concept engagements for enterprise prospects
- Scope solutions and map client requirements to platform capabilities
- Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires
- Partner with AEs on deal strategy for complex sales cycles
What You Need
- 3+ years solutions consulting or pre-sales in B2B SaaS
- HCM, payroll, or workforce management platform experience
- Ability to run a discovery call and a technical deep-dive in the same hour
- Sydney-based
Package
- Salary: $140,000–180,000 OTE
- Guarantee: 90-day replacement guarantee
