The Role

Senior pre-sales role at a fast-growing HR technology platform. Technical demos, POC delivery, solution scoping, and RFP response. Working alongside the AU sales team on mid-market and enterprise deals.

What You Will Do

  • Run technical discovery calls and product demonstrations
  • Deliver proof-of-concept engagements for enterprise prospects
  • Scope solutions and map client requirements to platform capabilities
  • Respond to RFPs and security questionnaires
  • Partner with AEs on deal strategy for complex sales cycles

What You Need

  • 3+ years solutions consulting or pre-sales in B2B SaaS
  • HCM, payroll, or workforce management platform experience
  • Ability to run a discovery call and a technical deep-dive in the same hour
  • Sydney-based
