The Role

Scaled CSM covering a mid-market book of accounts at an AU-founded HR Tech platform. You will own onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion across 30–50 accounts. Parental leave cover with conversion potential.

What You Will Do

  • Manage onboarding for new mid-market accounts
  • Drive adoption and usage across your book of business
  • Own renewal conversations and expansion opportunities
  • Deliver QBRs and maintain health scores
  • Identify at-risk accounts early and execute save plays

What You Need

  • 3+ years B2B SaaS customer success experience
  • NRR ownership, QBR delivery, health scoring
  • HR Tech or HCM platform experience a plus
  • Melbourne-based
