12-Month FTC — Customer Success Manager — HR Tech — Melbourne
The Role
Scaled CSM covering a mid-market book of accounts at an AU-founded HR Tech platform. You will own onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion across 30–50 accounts. Parental leave cover with conversion potential.
What You Will Do
- Manage onboarding for new mid-market accounts
- Drive adoption and usage across your book of business
- Own renewal conversations and expansion opportunities
- Deliver QBRs and maintain health scores
- Identify at-risk accounts early and execute save plays
What You Need
- 3+ years B2B SaaS customer success experience
- NRR ownership, QBR delivery, health scoring
- HR Tech or HCM platform experience a plus
- Melbourne-based
Engagement
- Type: 12-month fixed-term contract (company employed)
- Salary: $110,000–130,000 + super
- Start: Within 4 weeks
