13-Month FTC — CS Manager ANZ — Retail Intelligence SaaS — Melbourne
The Role
CS leadership across Australia and New Zealand for a retail crime intelligence platform. Strategic account management, team oversight, NRR ownership. Reporting to the Head of CS.
This is a leadership role — you will be managing a team of CSMs while also owning strategic accounts directly.
What You Will Do
- Lead the ANZ customer success team
- Own strategic and enterprise account relationships
- Drive NRR across the ANZ portfolio
- Report to the Head of CS on team performance and account health
- Hire and develop CSMs as the team grows
What You Need
- 5+ years B2B SaaS customer success with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead capacity
- Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts
- Melbourne-based
Engagement
- Type: 13-month fixed-term contract (company employed)
- Salary: $130,000–155,000 + super
- Start: Within 4 weeks
