The Role

CS leadership across Australia and New Zealand for a retail crime intelligence platform. Strategic account management, team oversight, NRR ownership. Reporting to the Head of CS.

This is a leadership role — you will be managing a team of CSMs while also owning strategic accounts directly.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the ANZ customer success team
  • Own strategic and enterprise account relationships
  • Drive NRR across the ANZ portfolio
  • Report to the Head of CS on team performance and account health
  • Hire and develop CSMs as the team grows

What You Need

  • 5+ years B2B SaaS customer success with 2+ years in a leadership or team lead capacity
  • Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts
  • Melbourne-based
