The Role

First customer success hire at an Australian cybersecurity SaaS company building their APAC customer success function from scratch. You will define the playbook, the health scoring framework, and the onboarding methodology. Contract-to-permanent pathway.

This is a founding role — you are not inheriting a function, you are building one.

What You Will Do

  • Design and implement the customer success playbook from zero
  • Build the health scoring framework and define leading indicators
  • Create the onboarding methodology for new accounts
  • Own all customer relationships during the build phase
  • Hire and train the first CSMs as the function scales

What You Need

  • 5+ years B2B SaaS customer success experience
  • Experience building CS from zero, not just inheriting an existing function
  • Cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC SaaS experience preferred
  • Sydney-based
