The Role

CSM at an Australian governance, risk, and compliance SaaS platform. Mid-market client portfolio covering onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Compliance and risk management domain knowledge is valued.

What You Will Do

  • Manage onboarding and adoption for mid-market GRC accounts
  • Own renewals and drive expansion across your portfolio
  • Deliver QBRs and maintain account health
  • Translate compliance requirements into platform configuration
  • Collaborate with product on regulatory feature requests

What You Need

  • 3+ years B2B SaaS customer success experience
  • Experience with regulated industries (financial services, government, healthcare) a strong plus
  • Sydney-based
