Customer Success Manager — GRC SaaS — Sydney
The Role
CSM at an Australian governance, risk, and compliance SaaS platform. Mid-market client portfolio covering onboarding, adoption, renewal, and expansion. Compliance and risk management domain knowledge is valued.
What You Will Do
- Manage onboarding and adoption for mid-market GRC accounts
- Own renewals and drive expansion across your portfolio
- Deliver QBRs and maintain account health
- Translate compliance requirements into platform configuration
- Collaborate with product on regulatory feature requests
What You Need
- 3+ years B2B SaaS customer success experience
- Experience with regulated industries (financial services, government, healthcare) a strong plus
- Sydney-based
Package
- Salary: $100,000–130,000 + super
- Guarantee: 90-day replacement guarantee
