Customer Success Manager — Construction Tech SaaS — Melbourne
The Role
CSM at an AU-founded construction technology platform. High-touch onboarding and account management across builder and contractor accounts. Fast-growing company, small team, high ownership.
What You Will Do
- Onboard new builder and contractor accounts
- Manage a high-touch portfolio with regular check-ins
- Drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities
- Work closely with product on client feedback
- Support renewals and reduce churn
What You Need
- 2+ years B2B SaaS customer success or account management
- Construction, trades, or field-service industry exposure is a genuine advantage
- Melbourne-based or remote AU
Package
- Salary: $85,000–105,000 + super
- Guarantee: 90-day replacement guarantee
