What You Will Do

  • Onboard new builder and contractor accounts
  • Manage a high-touch portfolio with regular check-ins
  • Drive adoption and identify expansion opportunities
  • Work closely with product on client feedback
  • Support renewals and reduce churn

What You Need

  • 2+ years B2B SaaS customer success or account management
  • Construction, trades, or field-service industry exposure is a genuine advantage
  • Melbourne-based or remote AU

  • Salary: $85,000–105,000 + super
