Contract Implementation Consultant — Workforce Management SaaS — Sydney
The Role
A fast-growing Australian WFM platform has acquired multiple products and needs experienced ICs to consolidate implementation delivery across the combined platform suite. 6–12 month engagement.
This is a post-acquisition integration program — you will be working across product lines that are being merged, standardising implementation methodology, and delivering to clients during the transition.
What You Will Do
- Deliver platform implementations across the combined product suite
- Standardise implementation processes across acquired products
- Configure workforce management modules including rostering, time and attendance, and payroll integration
- Manage client relationships during platform consolidation
- Document implementation playbooks for the unified product
What You Need
- 5+ years SaaS implementation experience
- HCM, payroll, or workforce management platform experience
- AU modern award interpretation is a strong advantage
- Experience with multi-product or post-acquisition integration
- Sydney-based
Engagement
- Type: Contract (PAYG via Zionic or PTY LTD)
- Day rate: $800–1,000/day + super (PAYG) or equivalent PTY LTD rate
- Duration: 6–12 months
- Start: Within 4 weeks
