Contract Implementation Consultant — EdTech SaaS — Sydney

The Role

6-month contract engagement with a global EdTech company scaling their Australian operations. You will own end-to-end platform implementation across concurrent education provider accounts.

This is hands-on work — configuration, data migration, UAT, training delivery, and go-live management. Not project management from a spreadsheet.

What You Will Do

• Configure and deploy the platform for new education provider accounts
• Run data migration from legacy systems into the platform
• Manage UAT cycles and resolve issues before go-live
• Deliver training to end users across multiple stakeholder groups
• Coordinate concurrent implementations without dropping quality

What You Need

• 3+ years B2B SaaS implementation experience
• LMS or EdTech platform experience preferred
• Hands-on config and data migration skills — not just project management
• Sydney-based or willing to work hybrid

Engagement

• Type: Contract (PAYG via Zionic or PTY LTD)
• Day rate: $700–900/day + super (PAYG) or equivalent PTY LTD rate
• Duration: 6 months
• Start: ASAP
